Instructors

At this time, all programs offered by Dharma Martial Arts are taught by Rita Lauricella. Ms. Lauricella is a fourth degree black belt. She is a certified instructor, examiner, tournament trainer and judge. She won a gold medal for patterns at the 1997 Eastern Ontario Tae Kwon-Do Championship. In 1998, she won gold for sparring and silver for patterns at the Koo’s Tae Kwon-Do Friendship Tournament. In 2001, she placed first in patterns and third in sparring at the Foo’s Western Quebec Championship. She has been teaching martial arts to children and adults for over 7 years.

She is also a former elementary and secondary school teacher with twelve years of experience. Her teaching and martial arts experience has been proven effective in delivering structured, quality martial arts programs.
